Lead HVAC Installation Expert

What You'll Do

Lead installation projects for residential HVAC systems including central air, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork. You’ll work directly with customers, manage job sites, and ensure installations meet our quality standards. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work with opportunities to mentor newer technicians.

The Role

This is a leadership position where you’ll take charge of installation projects from start to finish. You’ll have the support of our team and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers who appreciate quality work. Perfect for an experienced installer ready to take the next step in their career.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
EPA certification preferred (we can help you get it if needed)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Good communication skills with customers and team members
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

HVAC Installation Helper / Associate

What You'll Do

Support our installation team with residential HVAC projects. You’ll help install outdoor units, run refrigerant lines, assist with ductwork, and learn advanced techniques from experienced installers. This position offers great opportunity to develop your skills while working on real projects.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some HVAC experience who wants to grow their skills. You’ll work alongside experienced installers who are invested in helping you succeed. Great stepping stone position with clear advancement opportunities as you develop your expertise.

What We're Looking For

Some experience with outdoor HVAC unit installation (6 months minimum)
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
Willingness to learn and take direction from lead technicians
Valid driver's license
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Reliable and shows up ready to work
Basic hand tools (we'll provide specialized equipment)
Positive attitude and team player mentality
