I called them at 7:15 a.m. half-expecting to hear “we can get someone out next week.” Instead, the woman on the phone was calm, kind, and said, “We’ll have Alex there within the hour.” Nick showed up in 40 minutes, put on booties without being asked, and immediately put us at ease. He found a cracked heat exchanger (scary, but he explained the carbon monoxide risk without freaking us out), took photos, and walked us through our options. Zero pressure, just facts. By 3 p.m. the same day, a full crew arrived with our new furnace.
