⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our 15-year-old system was limping along and our energy bills were through the roof. We called them based on neighbors’ recommendations, and from the first phone call I knew we picked the right company. The woman I spoke with actually listened, asked smart questions, and scheduled a “no-pressure assessment” the same afternoon. Owner Nick showed up early, introduced himself with a smile and a handshake, and spent a full hour inspecting everything (ductwork, insulation, the works). He came back with photos, clear explanations, and three options ranging from repair to high-efficiency replacement. Zero scare tactics, just facts. We went with a new variable-speed system and couldn’t be happier. The install team arrived at 7:30 sharp, laid down drop cloths everywhere, and knocked out the entire job in one long day. They even fixed a couple of leaky ducts they noticed at no extra charge. When they left, the house was cleaner than when they arrived. Two weeks in: the house is evenly cooled/heated for the first time in years, it’s so quiet we keep checking to see if it’s actually running, and our first bill was 38% lower than last year. They also enrolled us in their maintenance plan and already have our spring tune-up scheduled. Honest, skilled, fairly priced, and genuinely good humans. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually write reviews, but Jackson Mechanical  earned every single one of these stars. We woke up to a strange burning smell and no heat on a freezing November morning. I called them at 7:15 a.m. half-expecting to hear “we can get someone out next week.” Instead, the woman on the phone was calm, kind, and said, “We’ll have Alex there within the hour.” Nick showed up in 40 minutes, put on booties without being asked, and immediately put us at ease. He found a cracked heat exchanger (scary, but he explained the carbon monoxide risk without freaking us out), took photos, and walked us through our options. Zero pressure, just facts. By 3 p.m. the same day, a full crew arrived with our new furnace. They worked late into the evening to make sure we had heat before nightfall, left the basement cleaner than they found it, and even hauled away the old unit at no extra charge. The bill came in under the original estimate. That basically never happens. Honest, fast, clean, fairly priced, and genuinely good people.
